Sports Performance

The Sports Performance program is designed for athletes 12 and older looking to increase their total body strength as it relates to their specific sport.

This program is group-specific, meaning the program is developed with age-appropriate and sport-specific training protocols.

Expected Results - after performing this program, you can expect;

  • Increased strength and power
  • Improved first-step speed and acceleration
  • Increased rotational power (throwing, hitting)
  • Reduction in body composition
  • Better eating habits

Dynamic Solutions Instructors make the difference.  We have advanced certficiations, personal athletic experience, and most importantly experience working with athletes of all sports!!  We’ve learend from the best and are ready to teach your young athletes proper lifting techniques to minimize injury risk & improve performance specific to their sport!

When you train at Dynamic Solutions, you work with our entire team of nutrition coaches and elite Kettlebell instructors..

Program Details

  • Pre and post sport specific strength assessment
  • 2, 3, or 4 day per week lifting program
  • Athletes receive proper lifting technique instruction and supervision
  • Athletes are required to perform self-myofascial release (taught in the program) and stretching at the end of each session and on their own (and will be held accountable for home workouts) to increase flexibility and reduce injury.
